Join Hugh Lee from Breath of Heart and Dr. Becca Andrews (TCM) from Cloud Gate Therapeutics for a 2 hour workshop to practice holistic body based tools to prevent and manage anxiety. Combining Yin Yoga, Qi Gong, Somatic practices, Chinese Medicine education and Meditation.
What you’ll learn:
Learn a Chinese medicine & nervous system perspective on anxiety—to understand it, support it and prevent it from arising.
Experience a somatic practice of orienting through the senses and a mobilising practice.
Experience a grounding qi gong exercise, followed by restorative yin yoga practice with guided yoga nidra
